Exchanges & Returns

We hope you love the items you purchase from us. We take the utmost care in ensuring our goods are of a high quality.  Additionally, as shipping goods has an environmental impact, we hope to minimize returns by giving you as much information as possible about each product.  However, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise.  If the piece arrives is defective, our Partner Brands will happily cover the return shipping expenses.  Please inform us if you receive a faulty or damaged item within 3 working days upon your delivery.  If your piece arrives is in less than a perfect condition, please contact us at info@100percent.live with the following relevant order information and our customer care assistants will gladly assist you.

  • A short description on why you would like to return the item
  • A picture of any damage or manufacturing defects (required for repairs)

Please kindly await an approval of the exchange and the return address for your item.  Mail out the item to the return address within 3 working days of the approval.  A signed-for delivery with proof of postage is recommended when you return the item to our Partner Brands.  Please send the parcel tracking number to info@100percent.live 

Once your returned item is received and inspected, our Partner Brand will notify us.  Please allow 7-10 working days for us to process.  We will then send you a confirmation email.  Your replacement item will be sent (when applicable) once the original item is received and inspected.

If your return for refund is approved, we will issue a refund back to your original form of payment.  Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping fee.  Funds should arrive back in your account around 10 working days.

All items returned must be in their original condition – unused, unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging with original labels or tags and any hygiene stickers attached.  All beauty products must be unopened, with all seals in place. Face mask, CBD products, tea and wine cannot be returned once purchased due to the nature of this product and for health reasons. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Pre-ordered items are considered sold and are not able to be cancelled. As each piece is custom-made on demand, we do not offer exchanges or refunds in case of change-of-mind.  Please consider your purchase respectfully.  Our Partner Brands reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions. 

All delivery costs or import duties applicable as payment to receive an item cannot be refunded upon the return of that item.  Shipment cost of the item to be returned, exchanged and other related expenses are borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.  You are responsible for any item being returned until it arrives back at the supplier.  We recommend that you keep all the receipts obtained from the freight agent until the package has been received by our Partner Brand. 

Each of our Partner Brand has policies unique to its brand.  Please refer to the exchange and return policies of each brand below or on each product page.

1PEOPLE

Free returns offered from anywhere in Europe, USA, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and New Zealand. 

ACBC

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

CARLOTHA RAY

Accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.  Free returns offered.  You can use the pre-addressed return label included in your order to return the item. 

CASC8

Accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. 

BELO

Accept returns within 14 days from receiving your order and with receipt for proof-of-postage.  Any item which is faulty will be void of a return if you have tried to repair the item yourself. 

Only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to the supplier’s error.

Items will be eligible for exchange only if they are defective or damaged.  There will be at least 14 days from the date you notify us to send back the item.

EMERA, LXMI and ORGAID

Accept returns and refund within 30 days upon receipt of orders.

GOOD DAYS

Exchange or return will be accepted within 21 days from when you received your order.  For orders within Hong Kong: free collections for exchanges or returns via S.F. Express.  For orders from outside of Hong Kong, the shipment of the item to be returned and the related costs are borne by the customer. We would recommend arranging the return through your local postal service or the most economical option of your choice. 

K!BO

You can return/exchange your items within 21 days upon receipt of your shipment. 

For Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau and Mainland China customers: all returns are charged a HK$40 / USD$5 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund payment.  If a returned parcel is sent via collect-pay, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

For other International customers: all returns are charged a USD$5 restocking fee plus a return shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund payment: Singapore - US$18 / S$25; United States of America : US$35; Australia : US$25 / A$30; United Kingdom: US$25 / £20; for not listed countries, please email us at info@100Percent.live for a quotation.

KAHOKO
Exchanges and returns will be accepted only when your order arrives in less than a perfect condition.

KILOMET 109

Accept exchanges for store credit within 15 days upon receipt of items.

LE ROUGE FRANCAIS

The products must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order. 

MAZU

You can return or exchange your items within 30 days upon receipt of your shipment. 

NIIN

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of order receipt and return your unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your approval of the returns for a refund of only the value of the item or an exchange for the same item in a different size based on stock availability.  There are no returns nor exchanges with earrings. 

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.

Important notes - we recommend that you get an insurance for the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods until the item(s) is received at the warehouse. 

ROU SO

You will have 14 days to initiate a return from the time your package is delivered with the prepaid return labels for all domestic returns from Hong Kong.  If we could not offer direct exchanges, you will receive store credit of 100% of the value of the returned item.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.  Returns for refund will incur a HK$78 / US$10 / €8 / £7 handling fee.

For international returns, we will provide you with a return form with instructions for mailing your item back and please make sure to print and include this form in the box with your return.

TERRE DE MARS

If an item is not up to your satisfaction, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your package.
